Proposal Submission Details:

1. The AAOA will contact you if your session proposal is selected for further information by the education committee
2. The proposal title is limited to 12 words.
3. The proposal body structure should include: topic, suggested faculty, expertise, experience, and description. The proposal body is limited to 500 words.
4. The proposal submission deadline is 11:59 pm EST on February 15, 2019.

The following screens require a title, one or more authors, presentation format selection, and proposal description. Once you enter this information, you will have the opportunity to review and finish. You can go back and edit your proposal as often as you like until the submission deadline of February 15, 2019. Click Continue at the bottom of the screen to begin. Your proposal will not save until the process is complete.
